Sweet Bay ‘Little Ragu’ (Laurus Nobilis)

As a trusty evergreen, I use this as much as summer basil, all through autumn to spring to lend its incredible aromatic flavour to meat, fish, or best-of-all veg soups and sauces. It’s wondrous with tomatoes.

Care Tips

This midget variety works well grown in a container. Although, make sure there is plenty of drainage holes to prevent root rot.
