If you’re looking for a clematis with incredible scent, this almond-scented variety has the strongest of them all. It’s an excellent scrambler, for growing up through trees and hedgerows and brings a huge abundance of flowers all at once in late summer.
Tolerant of dry soils and shady positions, it’s a good choice for a difficult spots where other varieties might struggle.
