A new improved dwarf tangutica hybrid clematis which looks good for longer than almost anything in the garden at Perch Hill, with beautiful delicate nodding mini lemon flower heads from June, and terrier fluff-ball seed heads to coincide and follow the flowers well into winter. We also love picking this for delicate vases.
